“We were passing through Louisiana on our way home and decided to stop in Minden for lunch. Came across the Geaux Fresh Bistro & Bakery and decided to eat lunch there. Soooooo glad we did! I had the chicken salad and my husband had a wrap. Both were so good. You can tell the the food freshly made. Exceptional service! The baked goods are delicious too! We had the cheesecake & the strawberry pie! You should stop in!”
